Looking for the lowest CPU using [Hard] Clip Distortion… – Effects Forum

I’m currently using Infected Mushroom’s Pusher as a “master” clipping limiter on most of my tracks. I love the fact that it has the option to be used as either an extremely hard clipping limiter, or just a standard brickwall limiter.

However, it has quite a number of features that I do not need on most tracks, and even though they are off, I imagine there is some wasted CPU use with this plugin.

Considering my projects tend to have 100+ tracks, with at least half of them having this plugin at the end of the chain, I was wondering if there was something known to be more efficient that had a similar clip-limiting feature?

Free or paid doesn’t matter, though anything over like 20 or 30 USD probably isn’t worth it.
