Critical gene analysis on Baron datasets. (a) Gene expression heatmaps of top 10 critical genes on Baron datasets. Each row represents a cell, and the colored bars on the left correspond to different cell types. Each column represents one critical gene, these critical genes are top 10 critical genes of each predict cell type results. (b) Dot plot of gene expression value for top 10 critical genes in endothelial on Baron datasets. (c) UMAP visualization of Baron datasets based on latent representation generated by scTrans, including cell type and gene expression of four critical genes. (d) Top 10 KEGG analysis results among top 100 critical genes of endothelial in Baron datasets.

A Thyristor-Structured-Based Low-Power Demodulator Circuit for High Reliability and Short-Circuit Current Reduction

Wide-bandgap (WBG) devices, such as silicon carbide and gallium nitride, offer higher switching frequencies and power density compared to traditional silicon insulated gate bipolar transistors, making them suited for high-voltage…Read moreA Thyristor-Structured-Based Low-Power Demodulator Circuit for High Reliability and Short-Circuit Current Reduction

Representative waveforms observed during aphid feeding. The top panel shows a full EPG recording of 8 h (28,800 s). The following panels display segmented waveforms corresponding to seven distinct aphid feeding behaviors. The non-probing phase (NP) is typically flat (0 mV) with occasional noisy peaks. The pathway phase (C) includes a range of complex behaviors, with the pd phase occuring within it. The sieve element phase consists of E1 and E2, while the derailed stylet (F) and xylem phase (G) are characterized by unique waveform shapes and frequencies/periods. Note that waveform patterns may vary by aphid species, host plant(s), and environmental conditions of the experiment.

graphql-compose-mongoose DiscriminatorTypeComposer with mongooseResolvers – Stack Overflow

I’m trying to define a DiscriminatorTypeComposer using composeWithMongooseDiscriminators, but I’ve run into an issue. Unlike the ObjectTypeComposerWithMongooseResolvers returned by composeMongoose, the DiscriminatorTypeComposer doesn’t have the mongooseResolvers property. I’m currently using…Read moregraphql-compose-mongoose DiscriminatorTypeComposer with mongooseResolvers – Stack Overflow
