Why are images not displayed in my heatmaps? | Help Center

Lazy Loading is a popular way to make your site load faster. It delays the loading of content such as images, until the site actually needs them displayed when a visitor scrolls them into view.

If you have elements that are lazy-loaded on your website, these elements may not be displayed in Mouseflow’s static heatmaps. This is because Mouseflow grabs a capture of the page and displays it back as it initially appears to us. If content isn’t loaded when the page is grabbed from your servers, it will not display properly in the static heatmaps.
