Sidechained or auto gated stuff. I think the bits that stand out is that almost all of the parts that aren’t drums are completely drenched in reverb. The little vocal bits have slightly less reverb.
The keys, synths etc are having their amplitude manipulated along with the reverb so you’d want to use inserts or route the reverb return to a group where you’d do that 8th note amplitude pulse.
