What's your recent experience with the Relab support? (in: Effects)

I also had a very long response time…but suddenly got a reply, and an apology…with the explanation that my ticket had experienced an ‘error in the support database’.
Fair enough, their system had a glitch and they did eventually sort that and my issue…and proactively reached out to me to apologize and make it right 😉
Can’t ask for more than an appropriately and sincere attempt to put things right, I feel better much about them after that 🙂
