Stuck on Unexpected I/O error windows\system32\boot\winload.efi Error 0xc00000e9 no matter where I boot windows from.

Pretty much what the title says, I’ve been stuck with this same error no matter where I boot windows from. I’ve tried two SSD’s, and 4 different USB sticks with 50 reinstalls of Windows 11. At this point, I can’t even install windows at all and I just don’t know why.

From what I do know, I can get to the Windows 11 install menu on CSM, but I can’t install it because its EFUI only. So, I switch over to EFUI, and I don’t even get the menu, just the error. Nothing in my pc is disconnected like my pc says, I know for sure cause I’ve been checking over and over for the last month cause this issue has been in my way for so long. I have no idea what it could be at this point, I’ve tripled checked all my hardware, and at this point I’m trying to install the thing with the bare minimum parts connected to narrow down the issue. ANY sort of help here would be great; I’ve been losing my mind over this since the new year.
