Nexus Problem not valid – Instruments Forum

Hi, I have a problem with nexus. Until a month ago I was using nexus 3 with cubase 11 without any problems. one month later I updated to nexus 3 latest update and cubase 11 no longer recognizes it. I mistakenly bought nexus 4 hoping that the problem was that, but nothing to do. both cubase 11 and logic x do not recognize the plug in. cubase reported invalid plug-in. which one of you has happened and then solved? and how? Thank you
