How do you select another driver when Connect 4/12 is disconnected (in: Bitwig)

Hi I have a Surface Pro and still use Bitwig with touch. When I disconnect the SP from Connect and go handheld Bitwig won’t connect with other drivers (the available ASIO) in the machine.

If I have disconnected Connect and open the software, a prompt in the upper right says “device not present” and “show audio settings”

Audio Settings shows one of the available drivers but doesn’t connect and Activate Audio Engine is grayed out.

Ideas?
