TJ is likely correct. The symptom you are experiencing is likely related to the “4 touches that are corners of a rectangle” limitation that is described on the FAQ page. The reason you’re seeing untouched pads trigger is probably because your unit needs a new calibration, which is demonstrated by a video in the Panel Settings page, Global Settings tab, Actions section, “Calibrate” subsection. Your Calibrate button is likely red, but even if green could cause this problem.

This is more of a support problem than a forum discussion. In future–or if a new calibration doesn’t fix the problem–for any support issues it’s best to email at the support address and send me a short video. This allows me to clearly understand the problem.
