Free Match EQ (in: Effects)

If you’re looking for something lightweight, you might want to avoid the automatic match EQ approach altogether. A lot of them can get pretty CPU-intensive, especially when running real-time analysis.

We built a free plugin called jReference that focuses on reference track comparison rather than automatic EQ matching. It gives you tonal balance, loudness, dynamics, stereo width, and other metrics so you can quickly see where your mix differs from a reference without hammering your CPU.
