Format my USB stick (in: Computer Setup and S…)

click Windows Start Menu > type
Disk Management
and hit enter

Disk Management window will show and it will list your disks, locate your USB stick.
It will hopefully show that it is partitioned.
Right click on one of the partitions and select delete.
Do the same with the other one (Unless that was already Unallocated space)
Now it should be only Unallocated space, right click and create a new simple volume…and format.
