Do you use a metronome? (in: Guitars)

I use a metronome all the time, so useful for improving tightness of rhythm playing and for pushing/measuring my clean speed progress in various techniques. I don’t view a drum machine as fundamentally different from a click given that many apps allow one to pick the percussive sound, accents, and subdivisions. But I prefer a traditional simple click with no accents so that I can easily jump into exercises in various time signatures, half/double time feels, swing, and/or subdivisions. Whereas, e…
