If you’re looking for a desktop app for text-to-speech with AI voice, check out Balabolka (free for Windows, supports multiple TTS engines) or VoiceMeeter + TTS Tools for flexible audio routing. For online-only options, ElevenLabs (amazing quality), NaturalReader, iSpeech, and TTSFree.com are solid picks. Would be awesome if someone on KVR built a lightweight offline solution with great AI voice quality!
