Ample Metal Eclipse tunes out during Guitar Pro tab playback (in: Ample Sound)

I have such a strange problem with the VST plug-in Ample Metal Eclipse. I have my guitar set up in CGCFAD tuning and a track loaded from Guitar Pro 7 also in CGCFAD tuning. When I play this tab in the plug-in, for the duration of playback the C1 string tunes to D1, and when I stop playback the tuning goes back to C1. Unfortunately, this affects the playback of the tab, as you can clearly hear that all the notes on this string are raised by 1 tone. What could be the cause of this problem?
