Add whisper large-v3-turbo (in: Acon Digital)

The most useful of all models is missing in the download manager. Also it would be cool if the folder to store those could be configured as many may already have whisper models on their systems.

I tried just to overwrite the large model with turbo and it runs but only produces binary garbage as captions. Do I need to transform the model somehow for use in Acoustical? It would really be cool if it had just a file picker to select the model I already have.
