v2 sampling rate initialization – VCV Rack

My audio interface (RME AIO) is set to 44100 Hz sample rate by default. The sample rate in the “Engine” menu of the VCV Rack application is also set to 44.1 kHz, as is the audio module VCV AUDIO 8, which I use in my patches.

New in version 2 appears the characteristic switch-over noise (soft crack) when I load the patch, which was not audible though with v1. For me, it seems as if a “default” sample rate (48 kHz?) is activated for a moment and subsequently is switched to the sample rate set in the patch (44.1 kHz).

There may be a good reason for this, personally however I would prefer the silent starting behavior of version 1.
