Codemeter needed for Reason Rack VST for other DAWs? – Instruments Forum

Ignition key is a dongle like eLicenser. As I mentioned though, you can also do machine activation with Codemeter. You don’t have to use a dongle.

I had some bad experience with Codemeter once though. Tried the Reason demo, and it installed Codemeter, and, after I uninstalled Reason again, I couldn’t uninstall Codemeter anymore… Don’t want to say that that’s a general thing though. I never read anything like that here or elsewhere once. Could be a thing which only happened here.
