The lines represent a spectrum, not a waveform (above the word SOURCE, there are two icons: a small sine wave and a bar graph, if the bar graph is selected as in your screenshot, that means the curve you draw represents a spectrum, otherwise it shows a waveform).
Your white curve shape consists of two peaks, one at “1” (the fundamental) and one near “4” (approximately the third overtone). That creates a sine with an additional upper partial. This is exactly what the wavy orange line in your wave…
