Yamaha 01V digital mixer as control surface in Tracktion – is it possible? – Tracktion Forum

I recently acquired a used Yamaha 01V digital mixer and I would like to use it as a mixing control surface. It shows up in Tracktion as 16 midi controllers (8 inputs and 8 outputs) but does not appear to have any effect when I move the faders when trying to set it up as a custom control surface. Anyone have any success setting up one of these as a control surface? If so how did you do it?

It has preset templates to be used as a controller for pro-tools, nuendo, and cubase and can also be set up as a general midi controller.

Again just hoping someone out there has already done this successfully and if so can advise how they accomplished it. It is a nice piece with 16 motorized faders etc.
