xfce – Monitor Problems – Ask Ubuntu

I am using XFCE 4 with a dual monitor setup, but I couldn’t find any solutions to my issue. When I launch applications like Chrome or Steam, they always open on the left monitor, even if I started them on the right. Additionally, I have some launch icons on the left monitor, but I want applications launched from the left to open in the center of that screen. Likewise, applications launched from the right monitor should open on the right monitor. My left monitor is a 23-inch 1080p display, while my right monitor is a 27-inch
