Windows fails to boot after moving C partition

I need help with the following problem:

So, I wanted to increase the size of my windows partition, so I used gparted to move it. (leftwards)
After doing this however, it doesn’t boot. It tells me “windows failed to boot ” with some error code 0xc000001.

On the recovery command line, I have tried bcdboot E:\Windows` , bootrec /FixBoot , ``bootrec /RebuildBcd, I also tried manually going to the EFI partition, deleting the old bcd file and rebuilding it again
Sadly even though bootrec successfully detects the windows installation and adds it as a boot manager entry, I still get the same issue.

It’s worth mentioning that I don’t see any files missing/corrupted after moving the partition, they are all intact from what I can see.
