Win VSTs close button design (in: Hosts and Applicat…)

Thank you everyone. I came to Stardock for the first time in several years.
I’m using WindowBlinds v11.07 and have run into another issue.
No matter which WindowBlinds theme is applied, the menubar of Reaper v7.52’s “Insert virtual instrument on New Track…” and the menubar of the FX (plugin) window always become transparent and look ugly.
Reaper – FX window:

Is there a way to prevent this transparent?
