Why is Autodesk complaining when I try to move a folder using the Autodesk Data Management API?

I’m trying to move a folder using PATCH :folder_id documented here:
aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/data/v2/reference/http/projects-project_id-folders-folder_id-PATCH/

And I get the following response:

However, I double checked the structure in the documentation and it looks right. It specifically says I can include a relationships section.
