Which hosts/DAWs let you build custom GUIs (for live/touch screens)? (in: Hosts and Applicat…)

I’m currently preparing my live/DJ setup and I’m wondering which hosts/DAWs let you build custom GUIs, meaning being able to adjust knobs/sliders/buttons to VST parameters and display that in a dedicated window for touchscreen use.

I know of [url=https://www.brainmodular.com/usine.php]Usine (which I did use for a live setup for several years, it’s amazing, but too deep sometimes imo), MuTools I think?
What else? (I’m on Win).
