Which Azure service is recommended to synchronize between Azure SQL databases ?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know which Azure service is recommended to migrate progressively from an old Azure SQL database to a new one ? Most of the tables are different so data transformation will be required. I’ve read about Azure Data Sync but it doesn’t seems to support data transformation. The other option i’ve found is Azure Data Factory, but it seems more complex than Data Sync. It’s important to mention that we have to implement a progressive solution so data synchronization is required.

Are thoses the only choices I have ?
