Where to place the headphone correction software in the chain? (in: Effects)

Hi. I have Morphit as the last plugin on the master chain. But now I’m thinking, maybe I need to put that on every track and be first in the chain? I mean, if you put EQ on the master chain before of after the Morphit, the EQ analyzer will show different results. And you would do different decisions, if not doing adjustments entirely by the ear. So I’m not sure how to do this right…
