Where to change the color of this theme element? (in: u-he)

Can anyone tell me where I can change the red in the above?
I suppose it is inside of Diva_orig.txt? But I haven’t been able to identify the name that correlates.

I was able to change the other elements to a relatively relaxing blue:

Also, years ago somehow I was able to copy the default skin and make it a new theme I could modify. I don’t remember quite how I did that and when I try to do a simple copy into the Theme folder, Diva…
