• Ops overlay: Nginx (SSE-tuned), OIDC/JWT, env profiles
• Tests & runbook: golden logs, Postman flows, basic CI/CD

Stack: TS/ESM (React OK), Web Audio/WebRTC, FastAPI, Nginx, Docker, OIDC/JWT.

Timeline: Track A (4–6 weeks integration MVP), Track B (3–6 months production).
