Where can I find documentation for the Autodesk Construction Cloud “Issues Placements Beta API”?

I recently read about the release of the Issues Placements Beta API in the “November Releases for Autodesk Construction” blog post (link below):

I have checked the official Autodesk Platform Services (APS) documentation under the Issues API section, but I cannot find any endpoints or guides related to “Placements”.

Does anyone know if this documentation is public yet? Or is there a specific sign-up process required to access these Beta endpoints?

Any guidance on where to find the specs would be appreciated.
