Where are Google cloud backups after 7 day PITR?

I’m confused on the Google SQL Backup. I have the “Automated Backups retained” set to 30 days, however, I cannot find where/how to access these. The PITR is set for 7 days, which is the max for the Enterprise version, but from everything I read, the 30 day retention setting should mean that it keeps copies of the last 30 backups, I just can’t restore to a specific point in time.

They do not show up in the “Backups” tab in GCP Console, the gcloud command doesn’t show them.

Where/how do I get these backups? I need to get the backup from 30 days ago and I cannot find it. Or am I not understanding what this setting means?
