People still talk about sour old TB303 filters.

What happened to 24Bit (ditherfree) sound, FIR Filters (phase compensated) etc.?

Are you aware of how much phase accumulation a mix may have? “Analog” eq on tracks, “master” eq, bandsplit multiband processing. To not talk about FFT phase recontruction errors, Gibbs in D/A etc.

Its a monster!

To Aleksey Vaneev it became GOD (pvrhash). He commited suicide. (And his algorithm wasn´t even 80bit as is required for a good dither).
