Wave Alchemy releases Magic7, a FREE Bricasti M7 reverb emulation – Page 2 – Effects Forum

Really nice reverb. Still trying it out, but a few initial thoughts:

– with the push 3 connected, it shows 7 or 8 more parameter controls than on the reverb’s UI! For example there’s a parameter called “modern” that shows on the push but which I can’t see on the reverb (unless I’m missing a hidden page on the UI?)

– sounds lovely but the “smoothing” parameter doesn’t sound good to me when I turn it up. Introduces weird bumpy noises and artifacts. I probably just don’t understand how to use it and need to test it more – if someone could weigh in with some guidance , that would be appreciated.

Really really nice reverb. I can’t believe they gave this away free! Awesome!
