The linnstrument is natively laid out in fourths. As it shows on the image you presented. Every row starts off one fourth above the previous row. There is no way to alter this. It can only be transposed by octave across the enter split side, by half step or by transposing the layout to a key. You can add colors to specific notes or remove them for appearance sake but it does not affect the tuning.
