VST3 random sample with each note (in: Instruments)

I am looking for very simple VST3 instrument, that I would give it a folder with samples, and it would then RANDOML:Y play them with each note.
That is, let’s say, I give it a folder containing 20 different audio files (some short loops, some one shots, whatever), and when I play any note in it, it should randomly select one of those an play it back, if possible, some tweaks could be applied (like auto time stretch, glitches, or whatever…but this is optional, it is not a must).
