vscode extensions – cannot activate listener in visual studio code

I have been trying to update the settings.json in my virtual studio code to enable me to activate a hl7 listener. Currently when I try to activate the listener, I obtain an error “the port 5000 is already in use”

When I read the troubleshooting advice I am advised to update the settings.json. With this configuration is should also enable me to select Favourites in the virtual studio code send hl7 message ui.

Can you check if the syntax of my json is correct?
