What would you consider as ” Prioritized support”?
Me? I would consider that response to requests for support at the very least and possibly expectation of fixing of reported bugs (once they can be reproduced of course).
I definitely don’t feel like I have gotten either.
And for sure the Subscription that explicitly says, First access to new features, to me explicitly implies there will be new features.
