Vital Audio Factory Presets is gone! (in: Instruments)

Hi KVR friends,

Sorry if I am asking in the wrong forum but I am finding difficult to find out why the 70 Vital Factory Presets has disappeared!
I can’t figure out what happened to Vital’s factory preset bank after I installed some new sound packs. If I’m not mistaken, Vital comes with 70 factory presets, but now I can only access 7! Could someone help me solve this mystery?
Is there any Refresh Presets function?
Really thank you
