visual studio code – fast access to help/documentation for a specified vscode command

is there a way to quickly access documentation for VSCode command palette commands from within VSCode? For example, if I type “fold” in the command palette one of the choices is “Fold Level 2”.

What does “Fold Level 2” do? Is that a built-in command, or from an extension? When/where can/should/would I use it? These sort of questions arise for lots of the items that crop up in my command palette.

I eventually figured it out by opening VSCode documentation in a browser, typing “fold level 2” in the search box at the top, and then searching the (voluminous) “Basic Editing” page that opened for “fold level X” (different from “fold level 2” – “Fold Level X” might have been a search engine hint).

I would really like a fast direct way to learn about an unfamiliar command in the command palette.
