virtualbox – Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful

Cannot install VBoxGuestAdditions in my x64 Windows 10 server side.
I downloaded the iso from download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/ (version 7.0.0)

Extracted the x64 drivers in my “Drivers” folder:

VBoxWindowsAdditions-amd64 /extract /D=C:\Drivers

the problem is that when i wanted to install that in my Windows Manager Device it failed:

Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

What should i do?
