VirtualBox VM Inaccessible error on Windows 11

0xC004C008 – Activation fails in Oracle VM VirtualBox

Hi,

after installing Windows 11 on Oracle VM VirtualBox in settings window I get message Activation State – Not Active (We can’t activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn’t used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C008.)

Before installation on Oracle VM VirtualBox I installed it on Gnome Boxes. Due to low performance I removed Windows 11 installation from Gnome Boxes and installed it to Oracle VM VirtualBox where performance is great.

When I press Troubleshoot button, and go through sequence of questions it ends up with error: Oops… We encountered an unexpected issue. Please try again in sometime.

I tried manually enter new key in Terminal using slmgr.vbs -ipk … which gives me message that product key was successfully entered.
