virtualbox – Virtual Box – Kernel panic

I’ve got to start my virtual box with Linux Ubuntu 18.4 on it. When I try to start it, after a short while it shows me “Kernal panic unable to syncronize”.

I whatched a video the first time tha solved the problem. I went into the “Windows Functionality On/Off” program and disactivated the Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisual Platform, as it is shown in the following video:

Unfortunately the problem turned a second time, but this time the 2 flag to disactive just were not present in the “windows functionality On/Off” window.

So what can I do now..?
