virtualbox – How to enable keyboard while installing windows-10 on Hyper-V?

Trying to get from VirtualBox to Hyper-V.

Hyper-V on two PCs, both Win 11 Pro. I need to install Win 10 Pro to the Hyper-V.
VM created and started booting but waiting for a click on keyboard – confirmation to start booting from ISO.

When get over the Win 10 desktop, mouse pointer changes shape and notning further happens.
These features installed (above others)

✓ Hyper-V
✓ SMB 1.0/CIFS
✓ SMB Direct
✓ Virtual Machine Platform
✓ Windows Hypervisor Platform
✓ Windows Sandbox
✓ Windows Subsystem for Linux

Tried with Linux Mint – the same situation, installation o.k.

Went through dozens of posts and read dozens of long discussions but did not find any that would clearly stated

problem and
solution
