virtualbox – disable Virtualization base security

I try to disable this feature but after every restart, the System Information shows that it still running, therefore I can not define avx/avx2 in my VirtualBox Linux machine.

I tried all the guides on the web:

disable core isolation
change group policy
turn off Windows features.
change registry keys (which became 1 instead of 0 after every reboot)
run command lines
Bios changes

and all the goods that this guide offers: www.thewindowsclub.com/disable-vbs-windows

but still running…

what am I doing wrong?
