UVI releases Bloom reverb (in: Effects)

I haven’t checked it out yet, but reading the description has me wondering why UVI didn’t just update Sparkverb to v2 and include this as a new algorithm. Reading the boilerplate jargon for both would have me thinking that they now have two products almost competing with each other.
