Using simply C:/PlugIns as plugin location apparently a bad idea? (in: Instruments)

1. You can install in a location of your choice vst2 plugins only. vst3 plugins (as aax and clap) must be installed in the dedicated folders. Otherwise your DAW won’t find them.
2. Yes, many plugins install some data in “ProgramData”, “AppData” or “Documents”. But it is mostly unimportant for you. There are folders where your DAW searches for plugins and there are folders where plugins search for their data. Plugins “know” where to search.
