Using a Korg NTS-3 Kaoss pad as a MIDI controller (in: Bitwig)

Im in this exact situation right now, lol. Built my nts-3 earlier but my audio cables didnt show up with the delivery the nts-3 came in, so I have to wait 2 days for the cables. In the mean time I tried to use it as an x/y controller/pad in bitwig, and so far the same — its just acting like a button, on cc102. I cant seem to find anything online about it either, and I thought korg said this could be used as an x/y controller + audio fx.
