Hi klanktone,
Sorry about the problem. Please see the LinnStrument FAQ page, Problems tab, 2nd FAQ:
“ LinnStrument will not accept an OS Update from the LinnStrument Updater app. What’s wrong?”
If the suggestions there don’t help, email me at the support address with
1) a short video showing the Updater’s messages,
2) the result of each of the suggestions in the FAQ, and
3) your name and your serial number.
This info will help me understand the problem and the solution.
