Unsaved file and missing file

I came back to musescore after a few days of not using it to see that my composition files are long gone. Not all, but the 2 recent edited ones. I think my laptop died (the battery health is in pretty bad condition so going from 31% to 0% is a casual occurence) I don’t remember saving them, but last time i didn’t save them musescore gave an option to continue the session. But in this case, when I opened the app, it did not appear. 1 of my files are missing, and the other one didn’t save my recent changes. I have tried to search for it in back up and autosave folders but still couldn’t find them. Can some1 help?
