Unity Issue Tracker – “Microsoft Visual Studio Community” module appears checked in Add modules when it was not installed

How to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to the Installs tab
3. Select Install Editor
4. Select any Editor version and click Install
5. In the Add modules tab make sure the “Microsoft Visual Studio Community” module is unchecked.
6. Click Install
7. Wait for the installation to finish
8. In the Installs tab click Add modules (Manage > Add modules) on the newly installed Editor version
9. Observe the behavior

Actual result: “Microsoft Visual Studio Community” module is selected
Expected result: “Microsoft Visual Studio Community” module is unchecked
