Umbrella integration with Azure without VA

In the past, I’ve used the Cisco Umbrella Active Directory Integration to on-prem DCs which imported users, groups, and computers.  This allowed me to use any combination of the three identities in my policies.

We have a new customer using Azure AD I’m trying to get the same functionality of importing users, groups, and computers into Umbrella. From Azure, I downloaded the enterprise app Cisco User Management for Secure Access and configured the integration however I am only getting users and groups. How would I go about importing computers into Umbrella from an Azure environment?
